  • Used products, or those not meeting the outlined conditions, cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

3. Return Process

  4. Products must be shipped through recognized courier services such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

4. Costs & Responsibilities

  • If the error is on our side (defective or incorrect item), Ophir will cover the return shipping cost.
