Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

  • All Ophir vendors deliver worldwide.

  • Our shipping partners: UPS, DHL, FedEx, and Postal services.

  • Average delivery time within Europe: 3–5 business days.

  • Average delivery time outside Europe (e.g., North America, Asia): 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Invoices are available for download and printing from the customer’s account. Once issued, invoices cannot be modified.

  • Worldwide shipping fees start from 15€ (≈ 60 SAR) / 17$ (≈ 64 SAR) per warehouse order, regardless of weight or dimensions.

  • Lost or damaged parcels are insured up to 30€ (≈ 120 SAR) unless otherwise agreed. Extra insurance can be purchased via contact@ophir.live.

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. If payment validation issues occur, dispatch may take up to 7 business days.

  • If an order is not delivered within 10 business days after confirmation, customers must email us with subject line “non-delivery” including the order number. Ophir will respond within 2 business days.

  • Unclaimed packages returned to the warehouse will incur a fixed fee of 45€ (≈ 180 SAR) / 55$ (≈ 205 SAR), deducted from the refund.

  • Wrong shipping details (e.g., incorrect name or address) will result in the same fee of 45€ (≈ 180 SAR) / 55$ (≈ 205 SAR).

  • For international orders outside the EU, customs duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Ophir provides the necessary documentation for clearance.


Returns

  • According to Saudi regulations, customers may return or exchange products within 7 days of receiving the order, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • For international orders outside Saudi Arabia, the return period is 14 business days from delivery.

  • In case of defective or wrongly shipped items, customers must contact contact@ophir.live within the return period, including proof of purchase and photos. Ophir will provide a return label for such cases.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (except in cases of defective or wrong items). Returns must be shipped only with UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Local postal services are not accepted.

  • Any customs fees on returned shipments are covered by the buyer, either invoiced separately or deducted from the refund.

  • Returned items must be in perfect original condition, including all packaging, tags, boxes, and dust bags. Ophir reserves the right to refuse returns if items are worn, washed, or carry odors.

  • Declined returns will be sent back to the buyer, with additional shipping charges invoiced.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days via bank transfer or PayPal.

  • Orders canceled after payment but before shipment are eligible for a refund, minus transaction fees.

  • No refunds are provided for shipped orders.
