استرجاع الأموال

ضمان استرجاع الأموال خلال 7 يومًا

لقد تم تطوير منتجات أوفير (Ophir) بالكثير من الحب والعناية، ونحن واثقون جدًا من أنك ستحبها، ولذلك نقدم ضمان استرجاع الأموال خلال 14 يومًا بدون أي أسئلة.

إذا لم تكن راضيًا عن مشتراك لأي سبب كان، يرجى إرسال بريد إلكتروني إلى: contact@ophir.com مع تضمين رقم الطلب في الرسالة.

يرجى السماح بـ 2-3 أيام عمل لمراجعة طلبك. إذا تم قبول طلبك، سنزودك برقم تفويض الإرجاع (RA) بالإضافة إلى عنوان الشحن الخاص بالإرجاع. سيكون العميل مسؤولًا عن رسوم شحن الإرجاع، بالإضافة إلى رسوم إدارية بنسبة 25٪ سيتم خصمها من إجمالي المبلغ المسترد.

الشروط والأحكام

* يجب تقديم الطلب خلال 7 يومًا من تاريخ الشراء.
* ضمان استرجاع الأموال لا ينطبق على المنتجات المشتراة خلال فترة العروض أو عند استخدام رمز خصم/ترويجي.
* يحق للعميل تقديم طلب استرجاع مرة واحدة فقط ويجب أن يكون ذلك على أول طلب له على موقع Ophir.live. إذا سبق لك الشراء منا، للأسف لن تكون مؤهلًا لتقديم طلب استرجاع.

Return Policy:
Unfortunately, Ophir is unable to accept returns of items purchased, with the exception of damaged and defective goods. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to Ophir via email at contact@Ophir.live.
Ophir will issue refunds or exchanges on a case-by-case basis. The return and/or exchange request will be processed as soon as possible. If accepted, most returns and/or exchanges are processed within five (5) to seven (7) business days.

Payments:
Ophir accepts payment through the applications and payment methods provided through ShopPay, Paypal, AfterPay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards or debit cards. Ophir is not liable for the practices or technologies employed by these third-party companies to process the personal payment information required for a transaction and purchase of Ophir Products.

Acceptance of Orders:
The debit or credit card details you give to Ophir will be validated before your order can be accepted. Payment will be charged to your account before dispatch of your order. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment, Ophir will not be liable for delay or non-delivery. Ophir cannot and will not accept checks or money orders.

Order Processing:
Orders are processed in the order that they are received, on the business day following their receipt. For example, orders placed on Wednesday will be processed on Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders are processed during standard business hours, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, excluding U.S. Federal holidays.

Product Availability:
Ophir does not guarantee the availability of its Products at the time of order placement. If a Product is not available, Ophir will provide you notice and provide an opportunity for substitute products or process a refund.

 

Returns

Our returns period is extended from the date you receive your order.
We aim to process all orders within 14 working days, 
From the day the package is delivered to the customer. Returns that are shipped back after the 14-day policy will be rejected and shipped back to the original dispatch address. 
For defects and wrong shipped items, the customer must contact Ophir  by email to contact@ophir.live  within 14 days. Such emails should include the date of purchase and photographic evidence. In any such cases, Ophir will provide a return label to you to have the defective/wrong item shipped back to us. 

The cost of return shipment will be borne by the customer and should always be shipped back with an active tracking number. All returns need to be shipped back with UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Due to the long delivery time, we do not accept any local Postal Service.
Any returns that are due with customs charges will be covered by the buyer. Either by invoice or will be deducted from the original refund. To offer a faster refund we recommend selecting the option of the sender paying for all customs duties.
All returns must be in the perfect original condition as the original shipment, along with any original attachments such as tags, boxes, or dustbags. We have the right to refuse returns if the products have been worn or washed and with a used scent. For declined returns, the order will be shipped to the buyer and any additional shipping charges will be invoiced. 
Any agreed refunds will be made by bank transfer or by PayPal within 5 business days of received and approved returns.
No refunds are offered to any of our customer packages once payment has been processed. All recurring payments are done automatically through Stripe and PayPal, and cancellations must be made by the you . Any automatic renewals are non-refundable. 
Orders that have been placed and paid for, and then canceled prior to the shipment of the package, are eligible for a refund, minus transaction fees.
